Taken from the fruits of a type of spice tree (Pimenta Officinalis) grows in Java and other islands in eastern India, when drying these fruits and crushed pepper typically produces.
The fruits contain an amount ranging from 3-5.4% of essential oil of pilots about 7% of the alioginol (Eugenol), with aliokalbtol (Eucalyptol), alnkheli acid (Palmitic acid), and density of oil between 1,024-1.056 g, which is apparently used to treat tumours fingers in winter (Chilblains).
